Short Bio:

I have been practicing, first in Chicago and then Madison, for over 25 years in both PHP/IOP programs as well as private practice. My specialities tend to be life transitions, grief, anxiety/stress, eating disorders, relational issues (both individual and couple counseling), work/life balance, ADHD, and depression. Working with women specifically in peri/menopause and midlife has increasingly been a focus.

I draw from eclectic training and theoretical perspectives, utilizing IFS, somatic practices, psychoanalytic psychodynamics, mindfulness, ACT, CBT, and DBT.

Who I Serve:

I work with both individuals and couples, all genders, ages 18+.
