Short Bio:

Cheri D Ryba, C-IAYT, Author, Mother, Woman

Seeing women unclench their jaws and butts to authentically express themselves never gets old, and Cheri has lovingly facilitated this movement, self-inquiry, and embodiment for over 20 years. Her experiences completing a BA Dance program, distance running, teaching yoga, and working as a NASM CPT (retired) organically evolved to include training and mentoring yoga teachers and yoga therapists. Motherhood sealed the deal for Cheri to specialize in women’s intimate embodiment.

Her first book, "Pelvic Yoga Therapy for the Whole Woman: A Professional Guide", gives readers a holistic, experiential approach to relieve pelvic floor concerns and builds the agency and commitment to maintain results. Earning her certificate as a Somatic Sexuality Healing Practitioner strengthened her conviction and clinical skills to welcome each person wholly into the session and the embodiment they desire. She serves clients globally online and in and around Madison, WI, and offers group programs and retreats. Get connected and work together at www.cheridostalryba.com.
